"New Best Friend: Tony Vasquez"
05/28/2009

Music: Diva - Beyonce

Mood: Flawless

Droppin' in for a quick update. I would like to announce that I have a new best friend: Tony Vasquez. We talked for a very long while online when I first got to NM. We never really hung out much, or even at all for like 5 months. After Christopher got onto the Albuquerque Pride committee, we went to Club Exhale one night. One of Christopher's pride member and web designer: Mike was present as Exhale's drag MC. I ran into Tony for the first time there and it turns out Mike and Tony are good friends.

Months passed by without hanging with Tony. One day he called me up to be one of his go-go dancers at Exhale because some dancers were out. Since then, we started to hang out often. We mostly went to the gym together. I recently then been go-go dancing for him. We've gotten very close in a very short period of time. He reminds me of Timineri, where our relationship went from zilch to besties over night. True to the saying, it's not the quantity or length of time, it's the quality that matters.

A couple nights ago, after having dinner at Zio's, he invited me to attend a celebration for his friend Matt who just graduated Nursing school. We went to Sidewinder's Bar and played pool. We had lots of fun. All of the boys at the bar ended up wanting me. I haven't attracted that much attention in a very long while. I made out with a Hispanic boy named: Jacob. Then a buff Army guy walked up to me in front of Tony and said: "I'm usually really shy, but I wanted to just introduce myself. My name is Jeremy." Tony was all into him. We ended up exchanging numbers and he wanted to hookup before he went back to Iraq. A couple of leather daddies started a conversation and wouldn't let me go. They totally wanted to sandwhich me.

Tony told me only a dead night at the bars on a weekday would be so fun with me. I said, "Your life would be meaningless after I leave NM." He told me that he must be my "NM Bestie". I said, "Why don't you just be my bestie?" He said, "You already have a bestie..." I told him that I have two, he could be my third. So it was sealed with shots of whiskey!

I just got back from the dermatologist and they said my skin is looking flawless. I feel pretty diva right now. So after this entry (which is now), I'm going to a park down the street in my bikini to tan. Bye guys!
