OMFG! OMFG! OMFG!


My supervisor called me to tell me that she scored my call. She told me that she even had another supervisor listen in to it. They both agreed that I earned a 5 out of 5. Earning a 5 out of 5 is almost an impossible task. I've come a long way within the past year and I've worked so hard to journey back to home. This definitely is a gigantic step forward in the right direction.


I cried so hard when she said in all of her years with T-Mobile she have NEVER scored a 5. She told me that she was so proud of me. I continued to cry as she said, "I have never met anybody like you. I love the person that you are. I love how you inspire people. Everything about you is so amazing."


I have came along way and have been working so hard. I'm so glad that it has paid off.
